The first full-scale plant designed & commissioned by us!
We are happy to share with you an audio-video compilation on the large microalgae-based effluent treatment plant that we have set-up at our customer facility. As you will see, this is a low-cost, scalable design ideally suited for large-scale deployment in the effluent treatment industry.
Our Own test-bed, pilot facility
With our technology garnering significant interest, there are several prospective customers who are interested in exploring our services. However, most of them would like to See it first, before deciding to invest in the development and designing phases. While asking us to set-up a pilot plant at their facility can help them thoroughly validate the technology for extended periods of time, it can be both time-consuming and expensive.
Therefore, we are now coming up with a test-bed pilot facility at Nashik, where our prospective customers will get to SEE our technology working under the sun. This test-bed facility will also give them an opportunity to reduce the time and investment required for evaluating this technology on their own wastewater streams by conducting pilot studies at this site.

Synergy between algae and bacteria
By using microalgae for your effluent treatment, you can explore the synergy between algae and bacteria for attaining high rates of pollutant mitigation. This is because bacteria need oxygen for removing pollutants, which the algae provide. On the other hand, bacteria produce carbon-di-oxide which the algae utilize. While doing so, both end up removing the pollutants from your wastewater.
